Country First


Two weeks left in the election and the fans turned out for McCain in Cincinnati. The Rock Star atmosphere at Lunkin Airport was electrifying as John McCain and Cindy McCain joined by Sara and Todd Palin were greeted by thunderous applause and cheers. The gates opened at 3:30 pm and the loyal McCain supporters were lined down the street waiting to get a last look at their hopeful before the election.
Gretchen Wilson energized the crowd singing red neck woman as John McCain’s straight talk express Plain came in for the landing just as the sun was setting in Cincinnati. Gretchen left the stage to a thunderous applause and then the crowd erupted when Straight Talk express plain coated by and came to a slow stop.
McCain /Palin signs filled the air while right now from Van Halen blared over the loudspeakers.
John and Cindy McCain waived to the loyal supporters from each side of the stage. Governor Palin and Husband Todd followed as the noise grew louder. The four stood on the stage as the crowd cheered on for minutes before Sarah Palin was able to speak.
Local Media was perched on the stage in the distance. The Japanese media was on hand interviewing the supporters about why John McCain. The reporters expressed the importance and interest to Japan of this historic election.
As the rally ended and the crowd cheered John and Cindy McCain stood at the door and waived goodbye to the Cincinnati supporters. With a final wave the maverick disappeared inside the plane and departed Cincinnati in the dark of the night. So whatever the outcome of the election in two weeks, Wednesday Oct. 22nd an airport hanger in Cincinnati was John McCain Country.
